We are currently recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing and ambitious business operating within the gaming, sport and entertainment sector. Following significant year-on-year growth, the business is entering an exciting new phase of expansion and is looking for an organised, proactive and commercially minded Business Support / Executive Assistant to join the team.
This is a varied, high-impact position that would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership and being at the heart of a growing business.
Responsibilities:
- You will act as a central point across the business, helping to manage priorities, coordinate projects and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office and wider team.
- Manage the CEO’s diary, inbox and communications.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including leadership, board and investor meetings.
- Prepare agendas, actions and follow-ups to ensure meetings are productive.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage travel arrangements, expenses and important documentation.
- Assist with board and investor relations, including preparation of board packs.
- Support the day-to-day running of the office.
- Maintain internal systems, trackers and documentation.
- Assist with project coordination across multiple teams.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Assist with HR administration, including holiday tracking and employee records.
- Provide support with finance administration, including expenses, invoices and purchase orders.
- Coordinate suppliers, facilities and office operations.
- Organise team logistics, travel, filming and company events.
- Support operational fulfilment processes and maintain accurate trackers.
- Liaise with customers where required to ensure timely delivery of prizes.
- Provide ad hoc support to senior leadership and ensure projects are followed through to completion.
Requirements:
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with senior stakeholders.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
- A flexible attitude with a genuine "no task too small" approach.
- Previous experience supporting a senior executive, founder or leadership team is preferred.
- The ability to bring structure, organisation and momentum to a growing business.
