  • Supporting stock inventories and completing daily production reporting.
  • Working closely with colleagues to maintain production efficiency and meet operational demands.

We are interested in speaking with candidates who have a practical, hands-on approach and are comfortable working in a busy operational environment.

You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in an industrial, manufacturing, production, asphalt or aggregates environment.
  • Experience operating mobile plant or fixed machinery.
  • A good understanding of Health & Safety procedures.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge or experience carrying out general maintenance.
  • A reliable, flexible and proactive approach to work.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A willingness to undertake training and develop new skills.

Desirable experience includes:

  • Asphalt or aggregates production.
  • Wheeled loader operation or other mobile plant experience.
  • Forklift, telehandler or similar machinery operation.
  • Mechanical fitting or maintenance experience.
  • Weighbridge operations, stock control or production reporting.
  • An NVQ or recognised qualification in wheeled loader operation.

Candidates from other relevant industrial backgrounds will also be considered, provided they have the right attitude and willingness to learn.

What's On Offer?

  • Competitive salary, dependent on experience.
  • Additional payments for weekend and out-of-hours working.
  • Annual bonus scheme.
  • Flexible pension plan.
  • Life assurance.
  • Paid annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • Full training package and opportunities to gain further qualifications.
  • Ongoing development and opportunities to build a long-term career.
  • Employee discounts, including Cycle to Work.
  • Paid volunteering days.
  • Supportive working environment within an established operational team.
