Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine Preventative Maintenance Inspections (PMI) and servicing of heavy commercial vehicles.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults quickly and efficiently.
- Work on both company-owned and third-party vehicles.
- Ensure all work complies with legal and safety standards.
- Complete service records and documentation accurately.
- Work independently, maintaining high standards without supervision.
- Communicate effectively with fleet managers and customers, providing updates on vehicle status.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in HGV servicing and maintenance.
- NVQ/IMI Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
