Responsibilities:
  • Route plan and allocate daily vehicle movements for a fleet of 45 HGV drivers using HNF systems.
  • Build and coordinate efficient, time-critical loads and movements for high-net-worth individuals and premium businesses.
  • Act as a key communicator supporting drivers on the road and liaising with high-value clients to ensure a seamless, premium service.
  • Handle operational issues with speed and clarity, ensuring daily delivery targets are met.
  • Track driver holidays, manage unplanned absences, and assist with resourcing during volume fluctuations.
  • Collaborate with a sharp, ambitious team committed to delivering excellence.
Requirements:
  • Proven Automotive Transport Planning experience in the UK (essential).
  • A confident, professional phone manner capable of building strong relationships with drivers and VIP clients.
  • Excellent route planning and organisational skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • A hands-on, team-focused approach, ready to tackle challenges head-on.
  • European planning experience (advantageous but not essential).
  • Own transport and a full UK driving licence.
