The Van Driving Role
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Van Drivers to join a team in Dartford, delivering heavy products to multiple sites across the area. This is a multidrop delivery role, so you will need to be comfortable making multiple deliveries throughout the day and handling heavy products safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out multidrop deliveries driving a van / 3.5t vehicle
- Load, unload and safely handle heavy products.
- Complete deliveries efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure goods are delivered safely and on time.
- Complete relevant delivery paperwork and documentation.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service.
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any issues.
- Follow all company health & safety procedures.
Requirements
- Valid full manual UK driving licence.
- No more than 6 penalty points on your licence.
- Previous van driving or 3.5-tonne driving experience is required.
- Previous multidrop delivery experience is preferred.
- Must be physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work independently and manage a busy delivery schedule.
