I am looking for an experienced Credit Advisor on behalf of my multi-national client based in Coventry. This candidate must have excellent communication skills both written and face to face for dealing with all the below responsibilities and within insolvency circles, constant risk management and being able to present data to senior management and their customers.

Credit Advisor Responsibilities:

  • Management, control, and review of an allocated portfolio of customer credit limits, covering all UK products.
  • Close management of any higher risk customers within portfolio, or as referred.
  • Monitor of any changing risks within the portfolio and setting appropriate account management plan.
  • Undertake customer visits to support credit reviews if requested.
  • To make informed credit and business decisions through analysis of financial accounts and supporting information.
  • Close working relationship with the UK Commercial teams.
  • Monitoring of debt exposure versus credit limits.
  • Provide a monthly report on KPI's and feedback on customer portfolio.
  • Managing up to 1000 accounts.

Credit Advisor Requirements:

  • Credit Management Experience
  • Experience in analysis of information/data
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Full UK Driving Licence

The role requires a full UK driving licence due to the frequent travel required to various sites and for client visits. The salary is circa £35k depending on experience + an operational bonus + company car. This is a Monday to Friday full time permanent opportunity working for a global organisation.
