We are seeking an experienced Senior Negotiator to lead the procurement of large-scale investment projects and industrial works across the UK. This is a high-impact role within a dynamic EMEA procurement structure, focused on delivering value, ensuring compliance, and driving operational excellence in capital expenditure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end procurement for CAPEX projects including industrial works, mechanical installations, civil engineering, and technical services.
- Support internal stakeholders in defining operational requirements and procurement strategies.
- Contribute to optimisation of procurement processes using performance KPIs.
- Organise, launch and manage competitive tender processes.
- Analyse and negotiate bids to secure optimal commercial and contractual outcomes.
- Monitor and resolve contractual issues or disputes where necessary.
- Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in industrial / technical procurement.
- Proven background in CAPEX purchasing, industrial investments, or technical works procurement.
- Experience within construction, mechanical, civil engineering, or industrial project environments.
- Full UK driving licence - National travel required.
