Our client, a UK leading supplier based in Swanley, is looking to grow their team with an additional experienced HGV Class 2 Driver. We have an immediate permanent opportunity for an experienced driver. This is a fairly low manual role, as the product gets forklifted off at the delivery point; however, we are looking for a careful and experienced HGV Class 2 Driver with strapping down experience.
The job will entail up to 12 drops daily in and around the Southeast, M25 corridor, East & West Sussex, as far down as Chichester.
Specific HGV Class 2 Driver Job Requirements:
- HGV Class 2 (C) licence (due to insurance purposes no DR’s, IN’s and must be aged 25 years or older)
- Digital Tachograph card (UK Issued)
- Driver’s CPC
- Strapping Down Experience is essential
- Excellent knowledge of HGV driver’s working time regulations, and a good understanding of the motorway network
- Reliability and excellent timekeeping is essential for success
- Immediate starts for the right candidate
