We are currently recruiting for a Counterbalance Yard Operative to join a busy and growing operation based in Aston Clinton. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual looking for long-term employment, with the potential to secure a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities for the forklift role:
  • Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
  • Learning the yard processes and procedures
  • Working outside
  • Sorting and organising empty pallets, containers and stock
  • Loading and unloading vehicles
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised yard environment
  • Carrying out general yard duties as required
  • Following all health and safety regulations
Requirements for the forklift role:
  • Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential)
  • Previous forklift operating experience preferred
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work independently
