We are currently recruiting for a Counterbalance Yard Operative to join a busy and growing operation based in Aston Clinton. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual looking for long-term employment, with the potential to secure a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities for the forklift role:- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
- Learning the yard processes and procedures
- Working outside
- Sorting and organising empty pallets, containers and stock
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised yard environment
- Carrying out general yard duties as required
- Following all health and safety regulations
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential)
- Previous forklift operating experience preferred
- Good attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
- Willingness to learn new tasks and processes
- Competitive hourly rate of £13.60 per hour, weekly pay
