We are looking for an experienced administrator to offer Sales Support to our growing manufacturing client based in Sidcup. The Sales Support Administrator is a temp to perm opportunity. We are seeking a reliable and organised Sales Support to assist with general administrative tasks and data-related activities with experience within the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry and documentation tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Build excellent rapport with key customers.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads & outbound calls.
  • Maintain up to date records in ERP and other internal systems.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support the smooth execution of ongoing tasks and projects.
  • Inputting and verifying data into the ERP system.
  • Providing administrative support when required.
  • Assist in invoice generation and record-keeping after dispatch of goods.

Requirements:

  • Experience in administrative or support role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft packages especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.

This is on a temporary ongoing basis with the potential opportunity to go permanent later on in the contract. They are offering the hourly rate between £17-18ph depending on experience. This is a Monday to Friday opportunity working a 37.5hr week.
