The Job
- Recruit high-quality candidates by sourcing via various job boards, LinkedIn and recruitment platforms.
- Telephone screen candidates, assessing suitability and compliance for roles.
- Confidently generate new sales business & bring on new temporary or permanent jobs to increase revenue on your desk.
- Ensure all bookings are inputted on the system for payroll and liaise with any necessary departments in relation to managing your team of staff.
- Form strong relationships with both clients and candidates ensuring an excellent delivery of service at all times.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of the compliance, requirements and industry in relation to your desk.
- New business and account development working with some of the UK’s leading blue chip brands or the booming NHS sector.

- An experienced and motivated sales individual keen to get on the phone and progress within the business.
