Customer Sales Advisor – Orpington
A Customer Sales Advisor is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, managing sales from enquiry to completion, and building relationships with trade and retail customers. The role focuses on providing expert flooring advice, processing orders, and supporting the sales team to achieve company targets. Key requirements include strong communication, product knowledge, and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- Handling a high volume of inbound telephone calls where you will be advising customers, dealing with enquires and complaint resolution.
- Processing sales orders and invoices.
- Developing a confident knowledge of the product and services.
- Directing and informing relevant information or customers to the correct departments.
- Interacting effectively with customers and supporting internal area sales managers
Requirements:
- Previous Customer Service Experience
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Confident Knowledge of Computer Systems
- Excellent Telephone Manner
This position is offered on a permanent basis, with an immediate start available.
Working hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
