My client based in Thurrock are looking for Experienced Dray Drivers Mates to join them on a temp to perm basis. This Drivers Mate role is working 48 hours per week Monday to Friday, start time no earlier than 4:30am. Salary: £14.30 per hour.
Key Duties for the Dray Drivers Mate role:
- Assisting the HGV drivers with deliveries to customers
- Supporting the driver and warehouse team in loading and unloading stock at leisure and catering establishments
- Building great working relationships with both customers and other departments
- Using your professional knowledge of the local region to safely assist the driver to deliver on time
- Holding health and safety at the forefront of all processes
You will need:
- Must be physically fit as heavy lifting involved, physically demanding role with loading on and off
