Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers and building strong relationships with prospective clients.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound calls to prospective clients and business owners
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Speaking confidently with senior decision-makers
- Understanding client requirements and identifying suitable opportunities
- Managing prospects through the initial sales process
- Working towards individual and team targets
- Maintaining accurate records of activity and opportunities
- Developing your knowledge of the wider business and financial market
Requirements
We're looking for someone who is ambitious, confident and commercially driven.
You may already have experience within sales, telesales, recruitment, business development or another target-driven environment, or you could be a recent graduate looking to launch your career in sales.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
