- Customer Service Coordinator Responsibilities | WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Effectively manage incoming calls from clients
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Schedule & Communicate with technicians to meet customer requirements
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to our clients
- Assign work orders based on priority to the available work force
- Make customer follow-up calls
- Go the extra mile to engage clients
- Track advertising sources
- Perform customer surveys
- Assist with direct mail and various marketing efforts

- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Client orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
- Applicants should have basic computer/typing skills and knowledge of Microsoft software programs
- Experience with dispatch software such as Service Titan a plus but not required
- This position requires a reliable, customer-oriented professional who can perform multiple tasks, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Establish effective professional relationships with customers and co-workers
- Communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Ability to work remotely during off hours for on call phone coverage
- Pass drug screening and background check
- Reliable transportation to/from work
