Are you passionate about people, wildlife, and community? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised HR Administrator to join our HR team at ZSEA. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic, conservation‑focused organisation while working towards a recognised HR qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for HR queries via the HR mailbox.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
- Administer employee changes and leaver processes.
- Coordinate training, development, and placement programmes.
- Ensure GDPR compliance and support process improvements.
- Prepare reports and provide general HR administrative support.
What We’re Looking For
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above).
- Driving licence and access to own transport as the role involves working at both parks, Banham Zoo and Africa Alive, Kessingland.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
