Manages AV programs within a designated region, including IW LCR, Hub LCR, GWS, Ad Hoc, and CO+I projects. Responsible for regional execution, stakeholder engagement, and performance tracking. Collaborates with the Global Lead to align regional initiatives with global strategy and ensure consistent delivery across all program streams.

What You Will Do As The Regional Program Lead

  • Prepare and deliver communications and reports to stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Provides proactive support to Project Managers and Technical Leads by helping resolve escalations, remove blockers, and promote successful execution across AV program initiatives.
  • Ensures Project Managers and Technical Leads are informed of key milestones and held accountable for timely execution within their scope of responsibility.
  • Cascades business updates and strategic changes from Microsoft to relevant team members.
  • Supports the timely completion of all compliance and security actions for staff within their reporting chain by promoting best practices, reinforcing expectations, and escalating concerns when necessary.

What You Will Bring To The Team

  • 7+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a regional or global capacity.
  • Have at least one leading industry certification applicable to the role (such as PMP, PMI, CAPM, or CTS).
  • Proven track record of maintaining situational awareness across multiple program streams.
  • Strong comprehension of technical documentation with the capacity to guide others in applying it effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Audio Visual meeting room deployment at scale.
