You’ll run the day-to-day of our global ecommerce sites. This is a hands-on role: you trade the websites, read the metrics, and act on what the data tells you to grow conversion and revenue. A part-time assistant supports you with merchandising, copy and image updates, but the daily running of the sites is yours, with the wider team behind you on the bigger picture. SEO and CRO. You’ll have a firm handle on both, owning onsite and technical SEO and running a continuous cycle of testing and optimisation to lift our conversion rates and hit our D2C sales targets. We’re a brand store, not a retail store. The site should teach and inspire as much as it sells, helping people understand the products and the thinking behind them. Experience with brand-led ecommerce, and an instinct for storytelling, will serve you well here.
