We are hiring a ServiceNow System Administrator for a long-term federal project based in London. You will be joining our Global IT Service provider for an exciting new project.
Responsibilities:
- ServiceNow certified administrator
- ServiceNow ITSM modules configuration and development skills.
- Mandatory experience in Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and tables structure
- Experience in creating reports and dashboards in ServiceNow modules
- Experience in IT Operations Management (ITOM) features will be a strong plus
- Ability to consultatively engage with our customers and provide guidance
- Strong documentation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
