We are hiring a ServiceNow System Administrator for a long-term federal project based in London. You will be joining our Global IT Service provider for an exciting new project.

Responsibilities:

  • ServiceNow certified administrator
  • ServiceNow ITSM modules configuration and development skills.
  • Mandatory experience in Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
  • Understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and tables structure
  • Experience in creating reports and dashboards in ServiceNow modules
  • Experience in IT Operations Management (ITOM) features will be a strong plus
  • Ability to consultatively engage with our customers and provide guidance
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
