At Zone & Co, you’ll drive the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with clients and executive leadership. In this role, you’ll manage resources, lead client demos, and ensure seamless execution—all while delivering innovative fintech solutions. What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring efficient resource allocation and risk mitigation.
  • Lead project meetings, providing clear updates to stakeholders and maintaining transparency.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews to uphold the highest standards for deliverables.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of SaaS-based fintech projects within the professional services domain.
  • Optimize resource utilization to align with project objectives and maximize efficiency.
  • Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams and external stakeholders for seamless execution.
  • Proactively identify and address potential risks to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Provide training and support to clients and internal teams to enhance solution adoption.
  • Oversee implementation plans with continuous project assessments for improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver issue analysis, status updates, and strategic reports.
  • Develop and present high-quality reports, proposals, and stakeholder presentations.
  • Manage team resources, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment within project scope.
  • Maintain proactive client communication, addressing concerns and driving improvements.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years of fintech project management experience, preferably with PMP certification.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects within budget and timelines.
  • Expertise in SaaS fintech solutions, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and risk management.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems like NetSuite.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, manage competing priorities, and drive results.
