The Systems and Support Engineer will manage and enhance cloud infrastructure, provide advanced end-user support, and drive business system integrations through iPaaS platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of IT systems in a global, remote-first SaaS environment while delivering exceptional support to end users across multiple regions and time zones.

You will own the end-to-end employee technology experience across Windows and macOS environments, including:

  • Endpoint management using Jamf and Microsoft Intune
  • Identity and productivity platform administration
  • Hardware procurement and logistics
  • Seamless onboarding and offboarding of employees

Acting as a key escalation point, this role provides Level 2 and Level 3 support for endpoints, identity systems, collaboration tools, and business applications, while continuously improving the employee experience through automation and self-service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage endpoint lifecycle using Jamf and Microsoft Intune, including enrollment, configuration profiles, security policies, patching, and compliance reporting
  • Deliver onboarding and offboarding, ensuring all hardware, systems, and access are provisioned securely and efficiently
  • Procure employee hardware and peripherals, and manage asset inventory and lifecycle tracking
  • Coordinate global shipping and logistics for employee devices, replacements, and returns
  • Design, deploy, and maintain AWS and Azure cloud environments
  • Architect and maintain integrations across SaaS platforms using Workato or similar iPaaS tools
  • Lead automation initiatives to improve system reliability and reduce manual IT and support tasks
  • Monitor and troubleshoot endpoint, application, network, and infrastructure performance issues
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, onboarding guides, and self-service resources
  • Partner with Security, DevOps, People Ops, and Business teams to align IT services with organizational needs
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend emergency support as required
  • Configuring and troubleshooting SSO using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) or Okta

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting and managing Windows and macOS environments in a professional setting
  • 3 years of experience managing endpoints using Jamf or Microsoft Intune
  • 3 years of experience administering Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 (Office 365)
  • Level 2 and Level 3 support for Windows and macOS endpoints, corporate applications, and collaboration platforms
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems
  • Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to delivering quality service

Bonus if you have the following:

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect / SysOps Administrator
  • CompTIA Network+ / Security+
  • Integrating with compliance platforms (Vanta, Drata)
