The Partner Manager – UK & Ireland is responsible for owning, developing, and expanding Zone & Co’s partner ecosystem across the UK and Ireland. This is a UK-based, UK-focused role, designed to strengthen partner coverage, drive revenue, and support sustained growth in one of Zone & Co’s most important regions. The role combines strategic partner development with hands-on execution, including joint GTM planning, enablement, pipeline development, and revenue ownership.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and execute the UK & Ireland partner strategy, aligned with Zone & Co’s global partnerships and revenue objectives.
- Build and manage a portfolio of UK-based NetSuite partners, including SI, ISV, and advisory partners.
- Develop joint business plans and GTM strategies with priority partners to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
- Act as the primary point of contact for UK & Ireland partners, ensuring strong relationships at sales, delivery, and leadership levels.
- Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue across the UK & Ireland.
- Work closely with Zone & Co Sales, SDR, and Marketing teams to convert UK lead flow into joint opportunities.
- Build, manage, and forecast a joint pipeline with partners across new and existing customers.
- Identify and execute partner-led expansion opportunities within UK-headquartered customers and their European subsidiaries.
Partner Enablement & Execution:
- Ensure partners are enabled, trained, and certified on Zone & Co solutions and NetSuite use cases.
- Deliver regular partner enablement sessions, QBRs, pipeline reviews, and account planning.
- Develop and execute partner plays, campaigns, and demand-generation initiatives tailored to the UK market.
- Serve as the internal advocate for partner needs, removing blockers and accelerating deal execution.
Market & Ecosystem Development:
- Maintain a strong understanding of the UK NetSuite ecosystem, competitive landscape, and partner capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to expand Zone & Co’s footprint within key UK verticals and accounts.
- Represent Zone & Co at UK partner offices, events, and industry forums, maintaining high market visibility.
Cross-Regional Collaboration:
- Support European partner activity where driven by UK-based partners or UK-headquartered customers.
- Collaborate with wider EMEA and global partnerships teams to ensure consistency and alignment.
What You’ll Need:
- Significant experience in partner management, alliances, or indirect sales within SaaS or enterprise software.
- Strong NetSuite background is essential.
- Proven track record of driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
- Deep familiarity with the UK NetSuite partner ecosystem.
- Experience working with UK-based partners serving multi-country or European customers.
- Commercially driven with a clear revenue and pipeline mindset.
- Strategic thinker who can also execute hands-on.
- Confident operating autonomously in a UK field-based role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly across the UK, including frequent time in London.
