Zonal is seeking a Field Service Engineer based in Teesside/Middlesbrough to service and install EPoS equipment for hospitality clients. You will travel to sites, diagnose issues, repair hardware, and perform software/configuration upgrades while maintaining excellent customer service.
The role requires at least 18 months in field service, with strong hardware, IP networking, and WiFi knowledge. A clean driving licence and reliable transport are essential for visiting multiple sites daily.
