As the Territory Manager for Hospital you will be a key member of the UK Sales Team and act as the primary representative of ZOLL’s Acute Care Technology portfolio across Scotland and Northern England. Your mission is to drive sales performance, develop long-term customer relationships and expand market adoption of our acute care solutions. Territories covered will be Cumbria, Durham and everything north of this. Ideal candidate location would be Edinburgh or Glasgow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership & Territory Growth: Achieve territory hardware sales quotas and performance objectives. Develop and execute strategic short- and long‑term sales plans. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • Customer Engagement & Clinical Support: Represent the Acute Care Technology Division with hospitals across the region. Deliver high-quality product demonstrations and support education programs. Maintain organised account records, profiles and activity documentation.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain an accurate book of business (BOB) in Salesforce.com. Manage and care for assigned demo/evaluation equipment.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience selling capital equipment into hospitals.
  • Ideally nursing/ICU background.
  • Strong working knowledge of acute care devices.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic selling and territory management.
  • High professional standards and ethical conduct.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs unassisted.
  • Clean drivers license.
