Our client, a leading building services engineering company is looking to fill a temporary ongoing Handyman job that could lead into a permanent job role. Working at a healthcare facility based in Ilford, Essex and may involve working around the Romford and Essex area if required.
Pay up to £16.50p/h, M-F 8-5.
JOB DUTIES
- Carry out maintenance of buildings and property.
- Assisting with the defects rectification and PPM for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, building fabric, fire alarms, boiler plant, electrical distribution, lighting, AHU’s, pumps and standby generators.
- Provide support and assistance to the building services team for electrical/mechanical installations and problems encountered on site.
- Out of hours call outs on a rota basis as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidates will need to hold a DBS Check.
Ideally have experience working in a commercial or healthcare environment.
Multi skilled experience, ability to carry out work alone and able to use a PDA.
JOB LOCATION
The Handyman job is based in Ilford, Essex and to work in the Romford and Essex area as required.
JOB OFFER
