Handyman required for a temporary ongoing job based in Reading, Berkshire.
Pay rate up to £15.50p/h. Working hours Monday to Friday 8am-4pm.

JOB DUTIES
- The handyman will attend to the maintenance & repairs of the building fabric.
- Basic plumbing, fixing leaking taps, appliance repairs, painting & decorating, basic carpentry & electrics.
- The handyman will comply with H&S regulations regarding equipment, maintenance & inspections.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Preferably candidates for the Handyman job will have a multi-skilled background with a good knowledge of building maintenance, ideal candidates for the handyman job will have experience in a similar role.
The handyman must be well presented and have excellent communication skills. Suitable candidates for the handyman job will live locally to Reading, Berkshire.
The Handyman will need a DBS check for the job.
