An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Clinical Lead to join a well-established, high-quality elderly care service in Liverpool. This is an ideal role for a passionate Registered Nurse who is committed to delivering exceptional person-centred care while supporting, developing and leading a dedicated clinical team.

The Role
- Provide clinical leadership across the service, ensuring exceptional standards of nursing care.
- Lead, mentor and develop the nursing and care teams to promote a positive, high-performing culture.
- Oversee medication management, care planning, clinical audits and risk assessments.
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding and clinical governance requirements.
- Work closely with the Home Manager to drive continuous improvement and achieve outstanding outcomes.
- Support staff training, competency assessments and clinical supervision.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals and external stakeholders.
- Promote dignity, independence and person-centred care throughout the service.
What We're Looking For
- Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with an active NMC PIN.
- Previous experience as a Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager, Unit Manager or Senior Nurse within elderly care.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, clinical governance and safeguarding.
- Excellent leadership, communication and people management skills.
- Passion for delivering outstanding resident-focused care.
- Ability to lead by example and inspire confidence across multidisciplinary teams.
