Join Our Growing Support at Home Team in Warrington! Support at Home is expanding, and weβre looking for passionate, caring and dedicated staff to join our services in the Warrington area. This is community-based work, supporting Children, Young People, Adults and Families in their own homes and helping them live happy, independent and fulfilling lives. Support at Home is a family-run, award-winning domiciliary care company based in Widnes. For 13 years, we have been providing high-quality, person-centred care, earning a strong reputation with both our clients and staff. About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping clients live independently at home. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, medication) Meal preparation and home help Social support and companionship Safe moving and handling of clients Supporting clients with complex needs (Mental Health, Dementia, PEG, Stoma, and Catheter care) Accessing the community
Requirements
Experience:
Health and Social sector: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
UK drivers licence and access to a vehicle (required)
United Kingdom (required)
Work Location: On the road
