Shift Patterns - Part-Time Support Worker | Trowbridge, Wiltshire
24-hour rotas planned 4 weeks for easy work-life planning:
- Days/Evenings: Shifts ranging between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM (e.g., 8–6, 3–8, 11–6, 7–6, 12–10).
What We're Looking For
- Genuine passion and empathy for supporting individuals with learning disabilities.
- Great communication skills to build meaningful relationships.
- Flexibility to cover a mix of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
