NQ Solicitor – Will,Trust and Estate Disputes

Are you a newly qualified solicitor looking to carve outa career in a niche, high-growth area of law? We're seeking a talented Solicitor with a genuineinterest in Wills, Trusts, and Estate Disputes (WTED) to join our specialistteam, known for its technical excellence and exceptional client service.

What You’ll Be Doing

Based at our Swansea office, you will join ourspecialist, award winning WTED team, working on a broad range of contentiousmatters including will challenges, inheritance claims, and trust disputes.You'll be supported by respected experts in the field and will have theopportunity to grow your expertise, contribute to business development, andbuild long-term client relationships.

Who We’re Looking For

Qualifications & Experience:

• A qualified Solicitor (newly qualified welcome)with a strong interest in contentious probate and trust work
  
• Exposure to litigation and/or private client workis advantageous but not essential
  
• A willingness to learn and develop expertise inWTED matters
  

Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong research and analytical skills to assess andadvise on legal complexities.
  
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability toexplain complex legal matters in a clear and empathetic manner to clients.
  
• Ability to build strong client relationships,providing clear advice and managing sensitive situations with care andprofessionalism.
  
• Ability to work both independently and as part of ateam, collaborating with colleagues across different departments whenrequired.
  
• A strong commercial mindset and an interest inbusiness development.
  
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach to legalchallenges.
  
• Strong attention to detail and excellentorganisational skills with the ability to remain calm and effective underpressure.
  
• A commitment to continued professional developmentand staying up to date with legal developments in the field.
