Weare recruiting for an Investment Administrator on behalf of aFintech business based in St Albans.
Thesuccessful candidate willprovide effective and efficient servicing of allStructured and Investment products on behalf of clients.
KeyResponsibilities
- Completing daily pricing on all structured andinvestment products.
- Processing redemption requested on structured andinvestment products.
- Processing dividends and completing periodic stockreconciliation.
- Liaising with the administration and finance departmentin the smooth transition of maturities, surrenders, and dividendprocessing.
- Processing death notification on structured productplans and subsequent disposal or transfer of assets.
- Producing management information, as determined by theDealing Manager.
- Undertaking processing of post strike adjustments.
KeyRequirements
- Experience of at least 2 years carrying out aninvestment administrative role.
- Minimum qualifications of GCSE standard or equivalent.
- Strong numerical, analytical and reconciling skills.
- Knowledge of dividends, stock transfers and dealing.
- ISA product knowledge.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience of working within the Financial ServicesIndustry.
- Willing to study towards the Investment AdministrationQualifications.
- Knowledge of HMRC ISA Regulations and it’s applicationto investment products.
