Sous Chef | Belfast | £36,000 per annum
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to join a busy, high-profile hospitality operation in Belfast, working within a professional kitchen and events environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Executive Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
- Lead and motivate the kitchen team, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, allergens and Health & Safety.
- Manage stock, waste, ordering and kitchen controls.
- Work closely with Front of House to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Support staff training and development.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization and professionalism.
