- Proficient with IBM MQ on z/OS.
- Knowledge how toconfigure and administer MQ in the z/OS platform.
- Installation, patching,configuring, and problem determination for IBM MQ on z/OS.
- Experience and capabilityin dealing with vendors for problem / incidentdetermination.
- Use of SSL andmanagementwithin the MQ environment.
- Proficient indata transfer to and from host systems.
- Configuring security, defining QueueSharing Groups, gathering and analysing statistics and accounting datafor performance tuning.
- Troubleshooting/Performance Tuning of Message Queueapplications.
- Provide 24x7 on call support in addition tosupport out of hour changes as and when required.
