Deloitte are seeking a highly skilled andmotivated SAP Technology/Product DeliveryProject Manager (Transformation) tojoin our team and support multiple ongoing and upcoming sprints within theExtended Enterprise Growth domain. This role is pivotal in driving thesuccessful, governed, and controlled delivery of technology solutions alignedwith our strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish and enforce delivery standards: Define and implement best practices andframeworks to ensure consistent, high-quality project execution.
- Project planning and progress tracking: Develop detailed project plans, monitor sprintprogress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Risk management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactivelyto minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
- Stakeholder communication and reporting: Provide clear, concise, and regular updates tostakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams and businessstakeholders to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.
- Technology understanding: Leverage knowledge of relevant technologies tobridge gaps between technical and business teams, enabling informeddecision-making.
- Product development experience: Bring experience in developing and launching newproducts within SAP environments, supporting end-to-end delivery fromconcept through implementation and release.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager intechnology transformation initiatives, preferably within ExtendedEnterprise or similar growth areas.
- Demonstrated expertise in delivering SAP or otherERP-based products, with a strong understanding of their implementationlifecycle. (SAP delivery is highly desirable)
- Experience in developing new products within SAP,including working with cross-functional teams to define requirements,manage delivery, and support successful product launch.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies andsprint management.
- Excellent risk management and problem-solvingskills.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholdermanagement abilities.
- Ability to quickly adapt and start immediately,with a commitment to a six-month engagement.
- Technical acumen sufficient to collaborateeffectively with engineering teams and understand complex technologysolutions.
