Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and enthusiastic Programme Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the Barefoot Coaching Team by managing relationships with customers and corporate clients, and assisting in the planning and execution of various programmes, short courses, and events.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Customer and Client Support: Build and manage relationships with customers and corporate clients, responding to calls and emails, and resolving queries and issues promptly and positively.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings with clients and associates, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
Programme and Event Planning: Assist in planning and arranging programmes, short courses, and events, including organising catering and sourcing venues.
Financial Administration: Process payments, invoices, and expenses, following financial processes and timelines.
Document Management: Create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using preferred systems (e.g., CRM databases, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
Administrative Support: Compile meeting notes, produce reports for evaluation and feedback, and review, print, and photocopy relevant documents and materials to support events.

Someone who is c omfortable using various software and tools, including CRM databases and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
A c ustomer s ervice o rientat ed person with a positive attitude and a good telephone manner, focused on providing excellent service to clients and customers.
Someone with the a bility to work independently as well as part of a team, with a structured approach to work and excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
