We’re looking for an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead the safe, efficient, and high‑quality delivery of field‑basedtelecoms projects. You’ll turn project plans into real‑world results —coordinating teams, managing risks, and ensuring work is delivered on time, tostandard, and in line with client expectations.
Acting as the key link between planning and on‑siteexecution, you’ll drive performance across safety, quality, productivity, andcustomer experience while supporting a high‑performing, multi‑skilledworkforce.

Requirements
What You’ll Bring
- Proven leadership experience in field operations or telecoms delivery
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Knowledge of NRSWA, SSHEQ requirements, and safe working practices
- Experience managing subcontractors and resolving field issues
- Ability to work with operational reporting systems and Microsoft Office
- Solid understanding of civils construction techniques including excavation, duct installation, chamber builds, and reinstatement
- Knowledge of reinstatement standards (HAUC, SROH) and compliance with NRSWA requirements
- Experience with traffic management, signing, lighting, and guarding set‑ups
- Ability to identify underground utility risks, read utility prints, and ensure safe excavation practices
