Due to continued business growth, they are looking torecruit an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join their successfulteam in Milton Keynes.

The Role
As a Senior Service Advisor, you will be the main point ofcontact for customers throughout the repair process, ensuring an exceptionalcustomer experience from vehicle drop-off through to collection.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managingcustomer enquiries face-to-face, over the phone and via email
- Providingregular updates on vehicle repair progress
- Liaisingwith insurance companies, engineers and workshop teams
- Bookingvehicles into the workshop and managing repair schedules
- Handlingestimates, invoicing and administration
- Resolvingcustomer queries professionally and efficiently
- Ensuringthe highest standards of customer satisfaction are maintained
About You
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Severalyears' experience as a Service Advisor
- Experiencewithin an Accident Repair Bodyshop or Main Dealer environment is essential
- Excellentcommunication and customer service skills
- Strongorganisational and administrative abilities
- Theability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Afull UK driving licence
