Job Title: ADAS Remote Support and Diagnostic Technician
Location: Milton Keynes, MK15
Salary: £40,000 + company benefits
Full Time and Permanent – Monday to Friday – 8.30am-5.00pm
Our client is a leading provider of ADAS calibration,programming and vehicle electronics services to the collision repair sector.Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a ADAS Remote Support andDiagnostic Technician to be based from their head office in Milton Keynes.
We’re looking for a Diagnostic Technical & RemoteSupport Technician to provide expert technical assistance for advanced driverassistance systems and vehicle diagnostics. You will support technicians andworkshops with troubleshooting, calibration guidance, and the effective use ofdiagnostic tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver remote technical support for ADAScalibration, fault-finding, and diagnostic procedures.
- Assist customers with diagnostic software,equipment setup, and system programming.
- Interpret fault codes, wiring diagrams, andtechnical data to diagnose issues.
- Maintain accurate case records and contribute totechnical documentation.
- Provide training and share best practices withcustomers and internal teams.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong automotive diagnostic and electrical/ADASknowledge.
- Experience with OEM or aftermarket diagnostictools.
- Clear communication and customer‑support skills.
- Problem‑solving ability and methodicaltroubleshooting approach.
