The team
One of the UK’s foremost housing management teams. They act for Registered Providers on varied, complex work.
The work
- Anti-social behaviour
- Possession and housing management litigation
- Injunctions and committals
- Housing disrepair and property condition claims
- Hoarding and access cases
Requirements
- Run your own caseload, with the right level of supervision
- Support senior colleagues on higher-value matters
- Attend hearings and take on advocacy where appropriate
- Draft pleadings, witness statements and applications
- Give clear, commercial advice and build strong client relationships
You’ll have
- Qualified solicitor, up to 5 years’ PQE
- Housing litigation or social housing experience (or a real appetite for it)
- Contentious exposure, ideally
- Some advocacy experience, or a willingness to build it
- Good organisation and sound judgement on competing priorities
- Clear communication and a team-first attitude
