Direct an elite, highly trained theater team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge clinical protocols. Maintain high clinical quality, mentoring junior staff, and leading initiatives to improve outcomes.
Requirements

FRCS (UK/Ireland), FRACS, or equivalent Tier-1 Western board certification in Orthopedic Surgery.

A minimum of 5 years of post-certification experience operating as a Consultant Surgeon within a major Western teaching hospital.

Documented operative logbook demonstrating extensive proficiency in robotic-assisted arthroplasty and minimally invasive techniques.

Strong English communication capabilities with a natural inclination for mentoring junior staff and driving clinical quality metrics.
