Lindum Homes is looking for an experienced TelehandlerDriver to join them on a full time, permanent basis. The role will beworking out of our sites, all within Lincolnshire

Duties will include:

• Unloading delivery vehicles and distributingmaterials (bricks, blocks, timber, roof trusses etc) across various plots &across sites.
  
• Assistingsub-contractors and site trades with scheduled and ad-hoc lifts.
  
• Carryingout daily safety pre-checks, maintaining plant logs, reporting of any defects andensuring the machine is kept clean and secure.
  
• Workingclosely with the Site Manager to keep daily tasks on schedule.
  

Stepping off the machine whenrequired for the following duties:

• Carrying out daily machine checks
  
• Palletising deliveries & manually organisingmaterials
  
• Maintaining pedestrian walkways inc manualmoving of barriers & crossing points
  
• Changing over of forklift attachments (Inctipper skips, sweepers etc) and slings / chains
  
• Refuelling & cleaning of the machine inctyres to ensure safety checks are carried out properly
  
• Organisation of rubbish in skips to ensureefficient & safe use of the skips
  
• Stock taking of materials across site & incompound
  
• Ensuring materials within the compound areadequately protected from the elements
  
• Ensuring site gates are closed every time afteraccessing site
  
• Any other site duties as required or deemednecessary by the Site Manager eg. watering of turf & trees, erection ofheras fencing.
  

Hours of work are 07300 - 1700, Monday to Thursday, Friday0730 - 1630.
