Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end project leadership: Lead technology projects frominitiation through delivery, transition, and closure, ensuring outcomesare delivered to scope, time, cost, and quality.
- Delivery planning, governance andfinancial control: Developand maintain robust delivery plans, governance structures, RAID controls,and budget tracking/forecasting.
- Risk, scope and change management: Proactively manage project risks,issues, assumptions, dependencies, scope changes, and decision-makingprocesses.
- Stakeholder management and executivereporting: Engage andinfluence senior business and technology stakeholders, providing clear,timely, and accurate reporting to executive audiences.
- Supplier and dependency management: Coordinate internal and externalsuppliers, manage cross-functional dependencies, and ensure alignment todelivery milestones.
- Operational readiness, servicetransition and benefits realisation: Ensure solutions are operationally ready,transitioned effectively into service, and positioned to realise intendedbusiness benefits.
- Strong background in programmegovernance and planning .
- Demonstrable experience with budgetownership and forecasting .
- Experience working across Agile,Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies .
- Strong track record of executivestakeholder management .
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP , MSP , or PgMP certification.
- Experience working in globalorganisations .
- Experience in energy , financialservices , or other heavily regulated industries .
