We have six INCREDIBLE and unique nurseries. Our Award Winning Nursery Group based in West Sussex were crowned winners of the Nursery World Award for Enabling Environments 2024!
We are looking for Bank staff for regular work at our Horsham nursery sites, located in Faygate, Southwater, Bohunt and West Grinstead
The role of the Nursery Assistant
Bank Nursery assistants are crucial to the smooth running of our nurseries on a daily basis, covering staff sickness and holidays, and supporting where required.
You’ll be responsible for contributing to the happiness and wellbeing of all children.
Our nurseries are predominantly child-lead and our curriculum is emergent, so you’ll have to think on your feet and support learning in the moment.
- Our nurseries operate 51 weeks per year, 7.30 am - 6 pm Monday-Friday.

Requirements
What does this role require?
As bank nursery assistant, you will be fun and exciting with bundles of energy and not afraid of a little dirt (we are a group of Forest and Farm School Nurseries after all!)
You’ll need to have the ability to work as part of a team, and be prepared to step in where needed to support your colleagues.
Experience working in childcare would be a bonus, but a willingness to enjoy spending time with children aged 3 months – 5 years is essential.
