Job Title: Mobile Service Technician
Location: Field-Based Covering High Wycombe / Aylesbury / Amersham and surrounding Areas
Salary: Up to Β£40,000 (depending on experience and qualifications) + bonus β OTE Β£46,000 + Company Van + fuel card
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm β no weekends!
Are you a skilled Vehicle Technician looking for a role that offers independence, variety, and the opportunity to work directly with customers?
Our client, Britain's leading supplier of adapted and special purpose vehicles, is looking to recruit a Mobile Service Technician to join their growing team. This is a field-based position where you'll travel to customers' homes and workplaces, carrying out servicing, maintenance, inspections, and repairs on a range of specialist vehicles.
You'll be provided with a fully equipped company van and fuel card for business use, allowing you to deliver first-class service across your designated area.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Service, maintain, and repair adapted and special purpose vehicles
β’ Diagnose faults using manufacturer and generic diagnostic equipment
β’ Carry out vehicle inspections to VOSA standards
β’ Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently
β’ Deliver excellent customer service while working independently in the field
β’ Ensure all work is completed safely and to the highest standards
What We're Looking For
β’ Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
β’ Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
β’ Experience servicing and repairing vehicles to a high standard
β’ Ability to work independently and use your own initiative
β’ Excellent organisational and communication skills
β’ Full, valid UK driving licence
