Catering Assistant – London Gateway, Corringham | £15.69/hr (inc. holiday pay)
Chefs Bay is recruiting a Catering Assistant for ongoing shifts at London Gateway Port, Corringham. Shifts run Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm.
What you'll do:
- Support food and drink service during operational hours
- Handle cash/cashless payments and till transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across working, service and dining areas
- Assist with kitchen tasks, washing up, and stock replenishment
What you need:
- Food Safety Certificate Level 2 and a Food Allergens Certificate (don't have these yet? We'll help you get certified —)
- Own transport — the site is only accessible by car, with no public transport within 2 miles
