Pay Rate: $2600 Weekly Gross Pay based on a 40-hour work week ( Includes Non-taxabletravel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Position Requirements:
- Current Physical Therapist experience: 2+ years - Required
- Home Health experience - Required
- Prior travelexperience: Highly preferred
Education, Licenseand Certification Requirements:
- PT License for State of Illinois - Required
- BLS Certification from AHA- Required
Job Description:
- Provide all aspects of Physical Therapy Services to patients in a homehealth setting.
- Plan and execute rehabilitation programs to help patients return to ahigher level of physical function.
- Utilize a variety of skills including, but not limited to, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, physical modalities, gait training, andmanual techniques.
- Demonstrate effective communication and strong interpersonal skills tomotivate patients and provide compassionate care.
- Fleet car will be provided for the therapist to drive.
