Location: Hybrid based in Londonor Belfast 3 days a week, 2 days remote

This is an excellent opportunity tojoin a high-profile transformation programme working for one of Deloitte’sclients within its Capital Markets division. Working on a large-scale datamigration initiative, partnering with Front Office, Operations, Finance andTechnology teams to deliver critical change across trading platforms.
What you’ll be doing
- Leadbusiness analysis activities across complex data migration andtransformation programmes.
- Defineand validate source-to-target mappings, reconciliation rules anddata quality requirements.
- Investigatedata issues, perform root cause analysis and support migration testing.
- Workclosely with stakeholders across Front Office, Operations, Technology andFinance to gather and document business requirements.
- Supportplatform migration activities, ensuring data integrity and successfulbusiness acceptance.
- Analyseoperational processes and identify opportunities to reduce risk andimprove controls.
- LeverageAI-assisted analysis tools to accelerate investigation, mapping validationand reconciliation activities.
What we’re looking for
Proven Business Analystexperience delivering data migration, transformation and reconciliation projects.
Strong background within CapitalMarkets, ideally covering Futures & Options.
Experience across the fulltrade lifecycle, including:
- TradeCapture
- Clearing
- Settlement
- PositionManagement
- ExceptionManagement
Expertise creating andvalidating:
- Source-to-targetmappings
- Dataquality rules
- Businessacceptance criteria
Strong understanding of FinancialAccounting and General Ledger (GL) processes.
Ability to investigatediscrepancies across operational systems, product processors and financeplatforms.
Excellent stakeholdermanagement skills with experience working across Front Office, Operations,Technology and Finance.
