We're looking for an experienced Loans/AgencyDocumentation Specialist to join a high-performing lending operations team,supporting syndicated and bilateral loan transactions from approval through tofunding.
This role is ideal for someone with a strongbackground in loan administration, loan documentation, agency operations, orlending fulfilment, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment andcollaborating with front office, legal, credit and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate loan and securitydocumentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with bank policies.
- Manage documentation, due diligenceand collateral perfection activities to support successful loan closings.
- Review facility agreements andsupporting legal documentation prepared by external counsel.
- Support loan booking, funding andongoing documentation management activities.
- Work closely with RelationshipManagers, Credit Officers, Loan Administrators, Legal Counsel and AgencyManagement to ensure seamless transaction execution.
- Maintain accurate records, controlsand audit trails throughout the lending lifecycle.
- Contribute to quality assuranceactivities and help drive operational excellence across the team.
Required Experience
- Proven experience in LoanAdministration, Loan Operations, Agency Loans or Loan Documentation.
- Strong understanding of loan productsand lending processes.
- Experience reviewing facilitydocumentation and supporting loan closings.
- Ability to manage multiple prioritieswhile maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Preferred
- Syndicated and/or bilateral loanexperience.
- Experience working with legaldocumentation, security documentation, or collateral management.
