This role sits within the Impact Futures Group familyof commercial brands, with opportunities to work across The Health & SafetyGroup, Caring for Care, and First Response First Aid.
This role is to cover North and Mid Wales.

We are currently recruiting trainers with a qualifiedhealthcare background (e.g. nursing, paramedicine, or similar) to deliver avariety of courses to our wide client base.
This role involves delivering:
- MandatoryTraining – including practical Basic Life Support (BLS) and Moving &Handling
- CPDTraining – including: Venepuncture & Cannulation, Tracheostomy,Enteral PEG Feeding, and Catheter Care
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Youmust hold a People Moving & Handling Train the Trainer or All WalesManual Handling Passport Certificate
- Aprofessional healthcare qualification, such as a nursing or paramedicdiploma or degree
- Aminimum of 5 years’ clinical experience in a healthcare setting
- Provenexperience delivering People Moving & Handling, Basic Life Support(BLS), and Manual Handling training
- Aformal teaching qualification, such as AET Level 3 (Award in Education andTraining) or equivalent - or currently working towards one
- Avalid Immediate Life Support or First Aid at Work certificate

Requirements:
- Youmust have or be willing to take out professional indemnity and publicliability insurance
- Must speak fluent Welsh
- Flexibilityto travel to various training locations as required (own car preferred)
- Availabilityto deliver training at least 2 days per week
- Ownlaptop with Microsoft Office installed and ready for use
- Own First Aid Equipment (Manikins, Demo AED etc.)
- Professionalappearance and conduct, representing our brands with confidence
- Agenuine passion for teaching and empowering others through high-qualitytraining
