Senovo is recruiting a SEN School Librarian for a specialist SEN education setting in Camden. The successful candidate will join a committed team focused on helping children and young people access learning, develop confidence and make meaningful progress.
Key responsibilities
- Manage accessible books, learning materials and library systems.
- Help pupils build reading confidence, information skills and independence.
- Create calm, inclusive routines that support a wide range of learning needs.
- Maintain accurate lending and resource records.
- Work with teaching staff to identify suitable and engaging materials.
What we are looking for
- Relevant library, literacy, education or resource-management experience.
- An understanding of accessibility and inclusive practice for pupils with SEND.
- Strong organisation, communication and safeguarding awareness.
- QTS is not required for this school-support role.
